Kerja Kosong Human Resources Executive - 11 May 2017 [Gaji : RM2,000 - RM3,500]

Permohonan adalah dipelawa daripada warganegara Malaysia yang berkelayakan untuk mengisi kerja kosong di  HMT Trade & Resources (M) Sdn Bhd [We are a fast growing company in paper, printing and packaging industry.]

Jawatan Kosong sebagai Human Resources Executive 
Gaji : RM2,000 - RM3,500 Per Month

Degree in Human Resources Management
3 years relevant working experience preferred
Meticulous, independent and well-organized individual
Motivated individual and possesses good planning and follow-up skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Multitasing with positive attitude
Must be able to write, read and converse in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
Strong computer literacy and typing skills
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels of the business
Proven knowledge of HR Principle, practives, standards, laws and regulations

Handling the full spectrum of HR Functions including Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management and Rewarding System
Recruiment & Selection - drafting job advertisement, sourcing, screening, Interview, Offering and onbrading.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing and report for management
Dealing with employees for HR matter
Conduct counseling and coaching session to employee.
Preparing all HR documents: appointment letter, confirmation letter, promotional letter, increment letter, disciplinary action letter, job scope, employee handbook and etc.
Liase with relevant government authorities on all related matter
Implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with overall business strategy
Setting up KPI for individual positions and measuring the the results
Conducting Performance Appraisal and advise management for relevant rewards
Preparing for suitable training for individual employee, measuring the training results and tracking employee development
Update and maintain all employees employment records
Update and maintain the company HR Policies
Ensuring compensation and benefits are in line with the company policies and Government Regulations
Undertake other duties as required by management
