Gaji : RM2,500 - RM4,400 Per Month
Kelayakan
Applicants must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma (Part 1 or Part 2) Architecture or equivalent qualification only from recognised universities/colleges, US graduate may apply.
At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s): Vectorworks, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, MS Office.
Office is at Solaris Dutamas (Publika) and applicants must have own transport.
Applicants should be Malaysia citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Full-time position(s)
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants from recognised school may apply.
Tanggungjawab
To handle full responsibility as graduate architect/assistant architect with minimum supervision and able to carry out works from design conceptualization to completion within the deadline.
To prepare architectural proposal such as material and presentation for building finishes.
To ensure that architecture drawings produce are within our scope of works.
To ensure work being done according approved drawings and specifications.
Attend site meetings and to understand the project progress.
Coordinate with other parties involved this project. (C&S, M&E, QS and Planning & Development).
Assisting in ad hoc assignments as and when required by management.
To handle all paper works during project duration including pre & post construction with minimum supervision.
