Jawatan Kosong sebagai Account Assistant / Admin Clerk 

Gaji : Upto RM1,500 Per Month


Kelayakan
Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
Self-motivated
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting will be favourable
Able to handle full set of account
At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage


Tanggungjawab
To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management
To handle correspondence with warehouse for stock
Ensuring in timely closing of monthly accounts
Handle full set of account timely reported to GST submission
Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
General office administration works
Able to handle all accounting through online software
Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly.
To prepare , analyse and report financial dan stock in/out results
Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
