Jawatan Kosong sebagai Manucfacturing Engineer & QC
Gaji : Upto RM3,500 Per Month
Kelayakan
Cadidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Quantity Survey/Control or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experince in related field or specialized in Manucfaturing/Production operations or equivalent.
Required Skill: Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Autocad,Inventor, Solidworks or equivalent software.
Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 standard in manusfacturing background is an added advantage.
Good communication skill and proficient in English or in other dialect.
Able to convert concepts to fully engineered drawing.
Able to work Overtime when its necessary.
Responsible for ensuring that all standards established are adhered to
Ensure inspection activities for delivering awareness and relevant Quality Contro; program to the policy and procedures.
Good Interpersonal & Leadership skills. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Tanggungjawab
To review and verify drawings
To check and control the non-conformity of products by referring the requirements.
To ensure accuracy and compliance in the design and drawing process.
To carry out the application standard on new material/components
To provide technical support, includind test report and drawing
To perform other task that contributes to the smooth daily operation
To perform inspection & testing; carry out QC checking when receiving goods.
Identify & record quality problem related to the material/components.
Ensure all manufacturing processes and procedures meet quality standard and customers requirement.
Maintain proper documantation of manufacturing operations and results.
Responsible for manucfacturing processes by designing/modifying equipment and its components
Develop test methodologies for finished products and system capabilities, fabrication, assembly, and installation processses.
