Jawatan Kosong sebagai Commercial Assistant
Gaji : RM2,000 - RM2,500 Per Month
Kelayakan
Diploma in Business Admin/Accounting/Commerce or related field
Must have at least 1 year of working experience as Billing/Commercial Assistant
SPM holders with experience are also welcome
PC skills required, hands on with Microsoft Excel application.
Good command of spoken and written English
Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be added advantage
Careful and meticulous with strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Applicant must be willing to work in Jalan Lumut / Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur area
Tanggungjawab
Handle order processing, creating sales order, purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders and software maintenance contract in SAP.
Meet and comply with Service Level Agreement
To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
Actively work with Shared Service Center Manager and in-country operation team to identify service delivery issues and propose mitigation/improvement actions as appropriate to resolve issues
To ensure that high level of services is always offered and delivered, and establish and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance to corporate policies, procedures and relevant legal and statutory requirements
Build capability by identifying best practices, transferring knowledge to others.
Participate in activities that expand functional and technical expertise.
Other related duties as and when required
