Jawatan Kosong sebagai Account & Finance cum Admin
• Established and enforced paper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Handle the full spectrum of company accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions (online and offline).
• Ensure accurate booking, recording and updating of all transactions and accounting journals for month-end closing report.
• Handle bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly management accounts and audit accounts.
• Maintained supplier invoices DO, PO, payments including cheques, online banking and account statement, staff claim.
• Relevant knowledge in GST implementation, and ensure accuracy of GST filling
• Compiles, sort and file related documents substantiating to the business transactions.
• To post business transactions, such as income and payments to the accounting system.
• Inform management & compile reports / summaries on activity area.
• Provide assistance and support to company directors in practice company reports and analysis.
• Any other reasonable duties from time to time from the management.
• Assist in processing monthly payroll which includes the administration and computation of services payment, statutory payments, and other employee claims
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of payroll reports
• Prepare salary reconciliation
• Preparation of company budgets and projections for operating and administrative expenses to the Directors and management.
• Participate in inventory planning and evaluation. Ensure all payment to suppliers and manage the budget for inventory for monthly sales activities and events.
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in the areas of Accounting or Finance
• At least minimum 2-5 years of working knowledge in one or more of the following: Accounting, Payable and Receivable Account, Payroll, GST
• (e.g. Employment Act, etc)
• Good command of Both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Great team player and possess good people skills
• Willing to participate in all company's event & activities
• Highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must have experience handling accounting and payroll
• Advantage for those who can support sale/marketing strategy
• Proficient in MYOB / UBS or any related accounting system.
• Meticulous and have a positive working attitude.
• Have good personality, an characteristic person with Attitude, Believe, Committed, Dedicated, Enthusiasm, F, Goals, Honest, Independent and ect.
• Responsible and good team player.
• Well organised and able to multi-task.

Salary: Min RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 (based on qualification and experience)
