Possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences/Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least 1 years of relevant working experience preferably.
However fresh graduate with excellent education result are also encourage to apply.
PC literate and well versed with Microsoft Office applications and payroll system.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
Tanggungjawab
Assist on staff recruitment including advertisement, sourcing for candidates, arranging interview, formalization of appointment
Assist in Payroll department
Maintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee relations issues
Provide general and operational administrative support by attending to the administrative needs of the office and staff.
